In certain conditions the accuracy of the built-in GPS falls outside the parameters we have set for the start/finish line of a track which results in a missed lap. We're continually updating track coordinates in our online database, and missing a lap should not happen frequently.
TrackPro is intended for experienced drivers on official road courses, and is no substitute for good driving judgement. TrackPro is not yet currently suitable for karting or short-track racing. It is not recommended to watch your iPhone while driving.
TrackPro requires an iPhone 3G/3GS which has a built-in GPS or an iPod touch with a third-party external GPS. (In both cases we recommend the TomTom GPS cradle for consistent triggered laps)

A: Some chairlifts actually descend a little bit before rise up, try increase the run detection threshold to avoid this problem.
* GPS tracking services require iPhone 3Gs or iPhone4. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
