Tasks and Work Orders:
• The office can create a work order, service tech syncs and completes it on his/her device
• Work Orders are color coded to show past due, current and future work
• Service Tech can map from his/her current location to the next work order
• Service tech may also enter a new work order on his/her phone
• Once the service tech completes the order and synchronizes remotely then the office can review the work prior to posting it into QuickBooks!
• When the work order gets completed and synched with the office the office can email the job completion to the customer
• If you have administrator rights you can see all open work orders for the entire company

Route based businesses:
• Enter a route schedule for a route tech/crew on your PC and it will be displayed on the route person’s phone
• Route cannot change their route schedule on the device. It can only be
changed on the PC
• Routes can map from one stop to another
• When a route arrives at a location they can enter the arrival time, work performed and completion time. They can also bill items to the route stop as well.
Industry specific tickets are also available:
• Pool companies can record chemical readings and additions, brushed, vacuumed and more
• Sanitation companies can record gallons pumped, dump location, etc
• If a route arrives at a location and needs to ask the office to do something they can enter a task right from their device. That task will be displayed on the office PC as well as the persons phone the task was entered for
• Once the route tickets are synced with the office you have the ability to email the customers who were service that day.

3.Edit contact information using Excel
You can use Excel to edit your iPhone contacts. It's also easy to add contacts photos. After you copy the contact photo file to the folder ‘images’, you just need to enter the filename into a particular cell in Excel.

4.Transfer contacts from other database software.
ExcelContacts can support separate address column (such as street,city,state,zip column) and separate phonenumber column (such as mobile,workphone,homephone,workfax,homefax). So you can simply transfer to a CSV file commonly used by other database software.

5.Merge duplicate contacts during import
If you import a contact with the same name or e-mail address or mobile phonenumber that already exists in your iPhone contacts. You have two options to resolve duplicate contacts:
•Update new information from a duplicate contact to an existing one
•Add a duplicate as a new contact

Time Master can track both time and expenses. You can track time using start and stop times, duration, and/or timers. All time entries are tracked for a single day, so time entries cannot be greater than 24 hours. It will allow you to time across days, for example if you start a job at 8 p.m. and finish at 2 a.m., it will have a duration of 6 hours.

Expenses can be setup for recurring fixed cost items, such as burning a CD, reimbursement of hardware items, or fluid things such as toll expenses, automobile mileage, etc.

Quick reporting can be done on the iPhone / iPod Touch with the Reports function. The report can be emailed in an HTML and/or CSV format.

Adding new Clients, Projects, Tasks and Expenditures is super easy. You can create them on the fly without having to navigate to a separate maintenance screen.
