You wanted to renew the mobile phone contract to get the new iPhone, but cancel the membership at the gym, because you don’t go there anyway. But last time you missed the deadline and were upset. But after all, there are other things you need to care about. And with all these contracts, who can memorize that?
Our answer: This app can do it for you!
If you’re not willing to record every least expense and you’re tired of struggling with tools that leave you more perplexed than you were before, you’re in the right place.
From now on you won’t miss any important deadline. And you will be able to keep track of your running costs, too. Get there with little effort and all the opportunities! In addition, you will get a reminder in time before the deadlines, even if the app is closed.
This app helps you to quickly record all your running costs and bigger one-time expenses, if you want. You decide how much data you’d like to enter. Just enter the costs once for every contract and benefit from the clearly arranged graphic that shows you how much money you need to expend every month. You can even have a look at the costs in the past years and in future years as a forecast.
If you additionally provide the minimum runtime of a contract and the notice period, there will be a reminder generated automatically, which you will get before the deadline, so you can cancel in time. This will work when the app is closed, too.
Do you worry about your data? Unlike other apps we won’t transfer your data to any server. Everything will be stored locally on your iPhone. And if you use the backup feature of the app, the data will be sent to your home computer. You’re the owner of your data. If you want, you can set up a PIN-Code to prevent unauthorized access to the app.
The different views show you:
• A graphic with the overall costs every month
• A list with the monthly costs in a chosen year
• A list with all your contracts / a list with your contracts sorted by category
• An overview of all important data for every contract; now with possibility to call a contact phone number, write a mail or open web page directly from the view
• A list with contracts that will end or will be terminable shortly
• A list with one-time expenses, sorted by date
